great so those are timer looks like that was like a little DIY project of mine
that's as like much of a DIY project that I do so I'm proud alright so I'm just
finishing up laundry I'm on my third load I think that nap gave me like this
boost of energy because usually I really hate doing laundry but I think it's

get it all done so that way it's all done for the week and I don't have to
think about it I'm also gonna do some rolling I'm but I've been trying to roll
up my quads an IT band lately because I find they're really tight and they've
been giving me some knee issues sometimes when I'm doing squats so I'm rolling
them out this is a roller that I got off Amazon and it's supposed to be a
really really good one it's the one that I use also when I'm at the gym so I'll
link it down below and yeah I'm gonna do some rolling let me know if you guys
want to see like more info on like how I do it and like why I do it but yeah
it's been a really fun day I just yeah that nap was like definitely unexpected

work out in the morning do you work out at night how many times a week do you
work out what type of exercise do you like to do what is your workout routine I

would say I usually work out between 3 to 4 times a week in a good week some
I'm lucky if it's once or twice it's different every single week depending on
my work schedule because that's just life you like you know want to want to
work out a certain amount times a week but it doesn't always work that way so
my thing is just trying to go as often as I can when it makes sense but things
even like walking cashew you know I feel like count just moving your body it
doesn't have to be necessarily you know an hour and an actual gym it can just
be moving around going for a walk in the park or something like that I think is
